No. You can book directly with a physiotherapist without a GP referral. If your injury is covered by ACC, we can help with the ACC claim process as part of your appointment.

Yes. You don't need to know what's causing your pain before booking. Our role is to listen to your experience, assess your symptoms and identify contributing factors to determine the most appropriate treatment tailored to you
